  • Sets and monitors clear, measurable, weekly and monthly deliverables and action plans for AmeriCorps members to accomplish WSWC goals established by the organization and school partner through the Statement of Partnership process.

  • Drives results by ensuring timely and accurate collection of quantitative and qualitative data. Uses surveys, student, school and district level data to continually improve student interventions and whole school supports.

  • Leads, manages, and coaches a team of AmeriCorps members to achieve service performance standards requirements while developing their leadership potential.

  • Utilizes performance management tools to set expectations, identify strengths and areas for development, and to find ways to maximize leadership potential.

Success Coach — Mission: St. Louis – Beyond School AmeriCorps Program

St. Louis, Missouri – August 2020 - May 2021

  • Lead 10 3rd-8th grade students to academic success; every month a student is in the program, they grow 2 months in reading level.

  • Oversee federal work-study team; fielding questions, developing training materials and organizing schedules.

  • Coordinate Community Partner program to produce multiple virtual events with over 60 students in attendance.

  • Maintained a $2000 grant for an Entrepreneurship project.

ESL Teacher – VIPKid, QKids, ZebraEnglish

  • Provide full immersion language and content classes for 15-20 hours a week to 15 Chinese Students based on US Common Core State Standards.

  • Assess student’s progress to supply teachers with timely written feedback to support students and their parents on coursework.

Youth in Development Specialist — United States Peace Corps

Samut Songkhram, Thailand — January 2018-March 2020

  • Established effective partnerships between 500 students, the local Thai government office, three schools, and a health clinic.

  • Developed programs and curriculum to teach over 20 hours a week in three schools to over 300 students ages 6-18.

  • Systematically identified critical issues impacting a successful lifestyle and worked with stakeholders to overcome potential obstacles in program implementation.

  • Oversaw multiple grants handling over $5000 in funds for camps and projects with students ranging from 50-200 students.
