  • Lead 10 3rd-8th grade students to academic success; every month a student is in the program, they grow 2 months in reading level.

  • Oversee federal work-study team; fielding questions, developing training materials and organizing schedules.

  • Coordinate Community Partner program to produce multiple virtual events with over 60 students in attendance.

  • Maintained a $2000 grant for an Entrepreneurship project.

  • Established effective partnerships between 500 students, the local Thai government office, three schools, and a health clinic.
